1. Fast and Easy
Right click on link and then click “save
to disk” or “save
target as”.
Pick and remember the location on your hard
drive and the click “save
file”.
Then open file with Acrobat Reader or use
pop up window to “open” file.
2. Easy Solution
Disable the "view in browser" feature
in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
This will allow PDF documents to open in a separate window.
Open Acrobat Reader - Click on "Edit" then "Preferences"
The Perferences window will display.
Inside of the Preference window there will be a box on the left
hand side,
click on "Option" then remove the check mark next to "display
PDF in browser" then click OK.
This will allow Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file in a separate
window.

Use the free Firefox browser instead of Microsoft Internet Explorer
