*Lead time is from receipt of distributor order ready for entry to time of shipment.  The lead times are to serve as a guide only and are dependent upon inventories and factory capacity at order entry time.  An order acknowledgement will be sent with the specific scheduled ship date.  Lead times do not include time spent waiting for color assignment, special engineering or other clarifications.  Nor does it include time to prepare drawings for approval and time spent waiting for approval of drawings. All Quick Ship Orders must be clearly marked QUICK SHIP. Only items from the Quick Ship Price Book can be put on Quick Ship Orders. Do not put items that are not in the Quick Ship Price Book on Quick Ship Orders. Pre-approved credit is required to participate in the Quick Ship Program. If an order exceeds the quantity of product available to ship, the dealer or distributor will be contacted by Penco regarding the revised shipment schedule.
