Responsible for interpreting customer drawings and other customer documentation and applying Penco’s engineering standard rules to ensure accuracy of final design and proper order setup. Work with customer service, project management, production control and other engineering staff to ensure all customer objectives are met through the most effective and efficient manufacturing processes.

Provides the overall human resource function for assigned Sales personnel, including directional leadership, coaching, development, and counseling; while implementing Penco’s Strategic Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Policies and Procedures. Helps develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned annual revenue, profit and expense targets. Builds long term relationships with customers within region.
The Marketing Manager has primary responsibility for managing written & electronic marketing driven, customer facing communication for the company. Works with the entire Marketing team and other internal departments on establishing, creating and implementing the design, branding, and message conveyed in all published documents, catalogs, brochures, price lists, and sales & marketing tools. Assists senior management in the development and execution of the marketing department budget. Reports to the leadership of the entire marketing organization.
