The Center for Design Excellence is a specialized product development facility where Penco has combined design, engineering, manufacturing and marketing resources to collaborate with customers and vendor partners in the early stages of product development. We include customers earlier in the product life cycle than a traditional manufacturing site. From ideation all the way through to market testing and product launch, the Center nurtures the seeds of creativity to bring new products to life.

Our mission is to develop products that are truly innovative, meeting the evolving needs of the customer in the Consumer, Industrial and Military Sectors. The scope of our work is truly global and we are fortunate to be supported by our parent company, Industrial Manufacturing Corporation International, with more than 3,500 direct employees and over 34 worldwide manufacturing, sales and distribution facilities.
